Unfortunately i had to cancel my flight with Ryanair due to French ATC strikes on 11-12/06.Therefore i was forced to cancel the hotel booking 12-18/06,as i was not able to travel different dates. Still waiting for Last Check.ie to sort out my booking cancelation,it takes too long time for them to contact their supplier about hotel's non show fees.

Service rating : good Product : We booked an apartment with separate bedroom , we were presented with studio apartment with n bedroom .i spoke to reception , who advised me that there were no Rooms with separate bedrooms available , they were so unhelpful and i did feel it was not a bother to them as they where only "in for 1 week"

Having looked into your booking I can see that, as per the voucher sent at the time of booking, you actually booked and paid for a '2 pax Studio'. I can confirm that at no point were you charged for a one bedroom apartment and therefore you did receive the room type that you had booked. I am sorry for any confusion that this may have caused you.
Service rating : All helpfull Product : There was a smell in apartment and very basic had to get toilet paper from reception. Receptionist very nice esp ms hayes who actually helped us on last day to get the bus

Service rating : I found when I booked the transfer from Alicanti airport to hotel was not very clear and also the wait on the transfer bus was well over the hour which was not acceptable. Product : Dress code was not inforced in the dinning room.
